Hi, I’m Rikki – and I’m so glad you’re here.
Curated Conscience was born from a love of fashion and a growing desire to do better by the planet, the people behind our clothes, and the closets we live in. This blog is my corner of the internet where style meets substance – and where you’re always welcome to explore slow fashion with heart.
💖A Personal Shift Toward Slow
For a long time, I loved shopping. The thrill of something new, the joy of styling an outfit – it felt empowering. But the more I learned about the fast fashion industry, the more I couldn’t unsee the waste, the harm, and the disconnect between the clothes I wore and the values I held.
So I started asking better questions.
Who made this?
What is it made of?
Do I really need it?
Little by little, I began to rebuild my wardrobe – intentionally. I explored secondhand finds, discovered brands that cared, and started curating a closet I felt proud of.
That’s when Curated Conscience started to take place.

✨ Clarity in Small Moments
This week, I had one of those open-every-drawer-twice-but-still-wear-the-same-thing mornings. You know the ones. Instead of getting dressed, I found myself mentally sifting through not just my clothes, but my thoughts. Too much clutter—physically and mentally. So I paused. Took a breath. Lit a candle.
